The cafe's raised decking area directly above the River Doon is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view with a chilled glass of wine on warm summer afternoons.

We can arrange private hire of The Secret Garden - perfect if you have a special occasion you want to celebrate during your stay. From intimate 3-course dinners to birthday parties with a buffet and drinks bar, we work closely with The Secret Garden team to ensure your needs are met.

Weddings

Ayrshire is full of beautiful wedding venues, including Brig o' Doon House Hotel, Lochgreen House Hotel, Western House Hotel and Hillhouse Lodge. Doonside is perfectly situated and fully equipped to cater for wedding guests . Our special wedding packages include transport to and from the wedding venue, customised fridge packages (meaning guests arrive at the house to find the fridge stocked with everything they have requested) and a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick start the celebrations. We can even arrange for a hair stylist and make up artist to come to the house on the morning of the wedding to help guests get ready for the big day.
