Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much deposit is required?
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. This is payable within 14 days of your booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
2. How long can we stay for?
The minimum stay is 5 nights, by arrangement only. During peak season (June to August) the minimum stay is 7 nights. Please contact us for the price of a 5-night stay.
3. What are the arrival and departure times?
Unless arranged otherwise, the changeover day is Saturday. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm on the date of entry and vacate the house no later than 10am on the date of departure.
4. Do you have internet?
Yes we have broadband wireless internet and it is free of charge!
5. What baby supplies do you have?
We have one high chair and one travel cot in the property; more can be provided if required. We have a selection of baby toys in the house, as well as toys for preschoolers and older children.
